Salesforce has announced Einstein GPT Enterprise Suite, a comprehensive AI integration that brings GPT capabilities across its entire customer relationship management platform. The suite serves over 100,000 enterprise customers with AI-powered sales, service, marketing, and commerce tools.
The integration includes AI-generated email responses, automated meeting summaries, predictive lead scoring, and intelligent workflow automation. Enterprise customers can also create custom AI agents using their own data and Salesforce's unified platform.
"Every customer interaction can now be enhanced by AI," said Salesforce's CEO. "We're not just adding AI features—we're fundamentally reimagining how businesses engage with customers."
The suite includes Einstein GPT for Sales, Einstein GPT for Service, Einstein GPT for Marketing, and Einstein GPT for Commerce. Each product is optimized for its specific use case, with pricing varying by feature set and user count.
Salesforce also announced partnerships with OpenAI and Anthropic to provide choice in underlying AI models. Enterprise customers can select which model powers their specific use cases.
