This reflects a broader change in mobile security. Users are not only worried about malware. They face scam calls, malicious QR codes, suspicious web pages, impersonation, and social-engineering scripts. The operating system is becoming a real-time risk assistant.
The challenge is accuracy and transparency. Fraud warnings must avoid both false confidence and excessive false alarms. A system that warns too often will be ignored. A system that misses obvious patterns will lose trust.
